Early access · ahead of the Nov 2, 2026 mandate

Founding appraisers get founder pricing.

There is no public price list yet — on purpose. AppraiserLogic is in early access with practicing appraisers, and the people shaping the product now will pay less than the people who wait for the mandate rush.

The arrangement

What early access actually means

No tiers to compare, no feature matrix to squint at. One arrangement, honestly described.

Onboarding

Hands-on, with the builder

You are set up personally — your market defaults, your land rates by location class, your data connections (public records, your MLS's RESO feed) — on your own real assignments, not a demo script.

Price

Founder pricing, locked in

Early-access members get founder pricing when public pricing launches — recognition that you helped shape the product while it was still being sharpened.

Roadmap

A direct line, not a ticket queue

Feature requests from working appraisers have driven the product from the first commit. In early access, you talk to the person who builds it — and you will recognize your feedback in the release notes.

Work you can bill today

Private assignments, fully served

Estate, divorce, tax appeal, pre-listing, PMI removal — the professional PDF work-file is a complete deliverable right now. UAD 3.6 delivery packages build and schema-validate today; GSE Compliance API verification is in progress.

What we won't do: publish made-up tiers to look established, or quote a number today and quietly change it after onboarding. When public pricing is announced, early-access members will already hold better terms.

Get in before the rush

Every appraiser doing lender work re-tools before November 2, 2026. The ones who move early do it calmly — on founder terms.
